Parking payment machines are only available on Level 2 and Level 4. Then problems with parking payment machines- most of them not functional. You can see the madness with vehicles coming and going in all sorts of directions and with visitors walking up and down the ramps due to malfunctioning lifts. The signage in the car park was very poor n misleading and there are too many barriers in the car park and these are terrible hindrance to vehicles especially with the high volumn of cars in the car park. It was actually quite dangerous to walk on those ramps witso many passing vehicles. And I noticed all visitors had to do the same. If you park at the far end of the car park, the nearest lift I would say is almost 100m away and the worst scenerio as we encountered during our visit was the lifts were not operational and we had to walk up the car ramp from Level 3a to Level 3 to get into the escalator lobby to gain access to the Sky Avenue. The car park is extremely huge and there is no lift facilities within reasonable reach. The parking n lift facilities in Sky Avenue is tormenting especially to visitors with mobility problems or senior citizens.
